Welcome to VideoPromptGen.com, operated by H-Chuks, Peuratie 6, 90650 Oulu, Finland (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website and tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What the tool does
VideoPromptGen analyzes a YouTube video (via link) or an uploaded video file to either (a) find a prompt the video’s creator disclosed themselves in the description or comments, or (b) generate a best-effort AI reconstruction of a plausible prompt, when no disclosed prompt exists.
Reconstructed results are AI-generated guesses, not verified facts. No tool, including this one, can extract an exact original prompt from a video’s pixels alone. Reconstructed results are always labeled as such and should be treated as a starting point, not a guaranteed-accurate recovery of the original prompt.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the tool to violate any applicable law or third party’s rights, including copyright
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the tool to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
- Misrepresent an AI-reconstructed result as a creator’s verified, disclosed prompt
3. YouTube content
When you use the link-analysis feature, you are accessing publicly available YouTube data via the YouTube Data API, subject to YouTube’s own Terms of Service. We do not host, store, or redistribute YouTube video content itself.
4. Uploaded content
If you upload a video, you confirm that you have the right to use that video for this purpose. Frames extracted from your upload are processed to generate a reconstruction and are not retained after analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. No warranty
The tool is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that disclosed prompts are accurate representations of a video’s true origin (we only report what a creator has publicly stated), or that reconstructed prompts will produce a similar result if used in another AI video generator.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H-Chuks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this tool, including reliance on any disclosed or reconstructed prompt.
7. Advertising
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Ads are served by Google and its partners and are subject to Google’s own advertising policies.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
